MarchUP conducts free seminars and training sessions regularly for anyone interested in making a career change due to economic times or getting a “push” in their career by gaining more experience in the IT area in which they have certification or a desire to succeed in. In these sessions we offer free advice and an option to coach those individuals that express a strong desire to have a career in the IT field.
Our staff works with each person individually and assesses their situation and ability to become successful in the IT space. MarchUP partners with external professionals in the fields of immigration and real estate that workwith those candidates that may want to work outside of the country or in a new province. We are able to coach these candidates on what credentials are required for them to be able to work for an IT company in the US or in Middle East. We provide a roadmap on what that candidate must do in order to achieve their goal and in some areas are also able to provide them with the necessary environment in which to increase their technical skills.
Career Counselling is a very important element for MarchUP as it allows MarchUP to help the community and the new citizens that have moved to this country and are certified but don’t know where to start. Our staff can speak several different languages (Hindi,Urdu, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Tamil, etc.).
Customized Hands on Training
As a candidate becomes part of the MarchUP community, and they have expressed a sense of dedication towards succeeding and learning a new skillset—MarchUP’s trained staff will customize a training plan for that individual. This plan can vary from having an individual boot camps or technical sessions that are held regularly by a certified MarchUP instructor or by learning in a lab on their own. Some individuals prefer to enhance their communication, writing or presentation skills. MarchUP is able to assist our candidates in multiple areas either via services that we offer or through partnerships with other companies or social programs.
