MarchUP has within its community experts that have vast experience in a specific technology field. We have experts in Networks, Security, Wireless, Unified Communications, Data Centre, Cloud computing, Database, Project Management, SAP, Software and Application development. Within these large groupings, some of the community members are certified in a specific vendor that is considered a leader in that area. For example, MarchUP has several staff that have multiple Cisco CCIEs, Microsoft and VMware certification aswell as PMP and ITIL certified.

These individuals have worked for several large organizations and service providers to assist enterprise clients. These community members are available to mentor and train new members and walk them through on how to become successful in a project. Mentorship can be as easy as working with someone in a lab and show them how something is configured to having someone “shadow” an experienced member while they work for a client.

This allows new members to have a comfort level that assistance and the right tools are there to assist them in being successful. MarchUP has found that having a mentorship program is critical in the creation of a trusting relationship with the candidates and allows for a bond to be built.
